Return Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

As a business, we are constantly reviewing and updating our policies to better serve you, our customers. We have recently evaluated our return policy and have decided to institute a new policy going forward.

Effective immediately, all returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. We will no longer accept returns on painted or installed products, as well as products that have been damaged due to improper usage or storage. Additionally, we will be implementing restocking fees for items returned past 30 Days from the invoice date as well as restocking fees for any returns due to a totaled vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the insurance company for reimbursement on restocking fees. Freight billed on any invoice will not be refundable. All returns past 30 days must be approved with no exceptions.

Parts may become damaged during transportation or storage, which may affect their overall value. If you receive a damaged part, please contact our wholesale department immediately, within 48 hours maximum from the day of delivery to report the issue. Any damage beyond the 48-hour window is the responsibility of the customer. We may require photographs or other documentation to verify the damage. Once we confirm the damage, we will either offer repair time on the purchase price of the part or exchange the part if the damage is too extensive.

Mispackaged parts can happen during the packaging and shipping process from vendor, and we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. If you receive a mispackaged part, please contact our wholesale department immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. There will be a 14-day time frame to claim any mispackages.

We understand that this new policy may be an inconvenience for some of our customers, but it is necessary for us to maintain the high level of quality and service that we strive to provide.
